Corrosion is a primary factor in causing metal to weaken to the point of premature structural failure. Coretrate™ is a metal sealant that penetrates into metal up to 50% and chemically binds with the many free ions to create an impenetrable shield against galvanic corrosion, salt corrosion, chemical corrosion, pitting corrosion, graphitic corrosion, acidic corrosion and more.

Coretrate is easy to apply and can be sprayed, rolled, wiped on or dipped at the site of manufacturing or to existing structures. Coretrate also hardens metal to protect against wear and abrasives. And unlike superficial nano-coatings, Coretrate is a permanent corrosion protection treatment with no de-lamination, so you only need to apply it once. In addition, Coretrate is environmentally neutral so it can be safely applied as steel and aluminum corrosion protection to structures that are in or close to water.
